1. The Lender

Fresh Wind Cashnet Finance CC is registered with NAMFISA, Reg No. 25/11/1358. Address: ERF 4352, Business Unit No. 30, MSME Park, Mondesa, Swakopmund. Website: www.fwcashnet.com.

2. Loan Product

We offer 30-day payday loans from N$500 to N$50,000, subject to affordability assessment and approval.

3. Interest Rate and Fees

The following charges apply to all loans:

• Interest Rate: 30% of the principal amount, for the 30-day term.
• NAMFISA Levy: 1.03% of the principal, as required by regulation.
• Duty Stamp: A fixed N$5 applied to each loan agreement.
• EFT / Internet Banking disbursement: No additional charge.
• E-Wallet / Mobile Money disbursement: A fee of N$20.00 per N$500 sent applies only when the client selects E-Wallet as their method of receiving funds.
• No other fees. There are no administration, origination, or hidden charges.

4. Eligibility

• Namibian citizen or permanent resident, 18 years or older
• Formally employed with a regular, verifiable income
• Holds a valid Namibian bank account
• Not over-indebted as defined under applicable Namibian law

5. Loan Agreement

A signed Loan Agreement Form is required before any loan is processed. It constitutes a legally binding contract. Download the form from our Apply page at www.fwcashnet.com.

6. Repayment

Full repayment (principal + all fees) is due within 30 days of disbursement. It is the borrower's responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available on the repayment date.

7. Late Payment

Late repayments may attract additional charges as specified in the Loan Agreement. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate difficulty repaying.

8. Early Repayment

Borrowers may repay early. Contact us for an accurate settlement amount. No early settlement penalty applies.

9. Responsible Lending

We conduct affordability assessments and will not intentionally lend amounts that place borrowers in financial hardship.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, including applicable NAMFISA regulations.
